Sales & Marketing Executive

We require a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Giveclarity.
Responsibilities
Digital marketing activity including:
- Website management and maintenance and tracking data analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing and analytics
- Content Marketing (blog posts, news articles and other resources)
- Email marketing
- Writing and proof-reading creative copy
Assist in brand management activity including management of company templates and promotional items; logo and other brand asset files
Content creation and partner relations/PR including - case studies, award applications and other partner activity
Event management - co-ordination of activity and attendance at events
Sales support including:
- Updating Giveclarity's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Handling sales enquiries, lead qualification and general support in the sales process as and when needed
- Help monitor the performance of marketing campaigns
- Competitive analysis
Skills and experience
- Strong communicator and team player (Excellent written English)
- Creative approach and a willingness to contribute ideas to marketing activity
- Experience of using Salesforce would be helpful
- Previous marketing experience in the IT sector
- Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and WordPress
- Ability to multi-task and prioritisation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- French language skills would be a bonus but are not essential
