Our success means we are looking for a passionate target-driven individual to develop our partnerships with new and existing clients. We are particularly looking for someone to support us in developing new business and existing clients across the UK and Ireland with Salesforce, with a particular focus on fundraising and marketing.

Role Overview

We require a highly experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to deliver Nonprofit cloud / NPSP projects for some of the world’s leading charities, enabling them to grow their fundraising and supporter engagement using the power of Salesforce.

Key Duties

Support sales team with presales activities for RFPs through estimation and proposal writing

Requirements, Design and Implementation:

• Leading workshops to fully understand and document client requirements, estimating effort, producing statement of work and translate those into solutions that meet client requirements and deploy solutions

• Work with technical architects on complex architecture solutioning and other team members on delivering the solution

• Configure / build salesforce solutions to meet the client needs along with managing deployment of the solution

• Ensure solution quality by testing the functionality / working with internal / client test team during UAT

• Support end user testing and post golive support

• Support data migration team

• Create Technical Documentation for the build

• Support training team / provide essential training sessions

Work with project management team to manage project scope and budget and leading the delivery of solution to customers

Experience Required

• Significant experience of end to end implementation of fundraising projects using Nonprofit cloud / NPSP
•  Significant experience as Salesforce functional consultant in a partner capacity delivering successful implementation
• Ability to manage changing priorities, whilst driving towards the client’s project goals
• Hands on experience delivering small, medium and large projects
• Experience with the Agile Scrum framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Ability to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
• Highly collaborative attitude, able to be both a leader and a supportive team player
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary delivery team within an Agile Jira Environment; this will include Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Data Architects, Developers, Functional Consultants, Test Managers within the organisation
