Expert at running a business, leading teams with high staff retention and satisfaction rates, and in defining and delivering digital solutions, including cloud delivery with Salesforce.com to charities (for more than 10 years). Eclectic experience including business systems, educational publishing, dictionaries, computational linguistics, websites, CD-ROMs and writing computer games; and a FIDE master at chess.
