Duncan brings diverse experience as a technical business analyst, agile coach and senior technology strategy consultant from IBM Global Business Services where he worked with large Financial Services and Retail clients as well as building the IBM Salesforce.com practice. Joining the third sector in 2014, he has since implemented complex fundraising and service-management solutions including one of the largest Salesforce non-profit implementations in the world at Greenpeace UK. As Solution Manager, Duncan ensures we deliver best-in-class Salesforce solutions for all our clients.
