Charlotte is an experienced Sales and Account Manager with over 10 years of experience working with CRM and Salesforce, including the last 5 years focused specifically on the nonprofit sector. She has partnered with a wide range of nonprofit organisations - from small local charities to large international NGOs - supporting them with maximising their impact across various Salesforce clouds, including Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Education Cloud and others.

Outside of work, Charlotte is most often found travelling, road-tripping around the UK in her campervan, practicing or teaching yoga or hitting the pavement training for the next half marathon.
