Lucas is a Functional Consultant with a passion for helping nonprofits use technology to amplify their impact. Combining experience in business analysis, data modelling, and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Lucas enjoys partnering with organisations to design practical solutions to complex challenges.

Prior to joining Giveclarity, he worked across the nonprofit sector in both operational and consulting roles, supporting everything from donor management and volunteer programs to enterprise CRM transformations. Having grown up in Spain and built his career working with mission-driven organizations, Lucas brings an international perspective to his work and enjoys building bridges between people, processes, and technology.
