Saranya has been in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2009. She has worked on the technical side of several Sales, Service and Experience Cloud engagements in different consultancies.

Apart from the non-profit sector, she has previously worked on a range of domains including Retail, Energy & Utilities, Media & Filmed Entertainment, Lifesciences, Health Care and Manufacturing.

She is a Certified Application Architect and has several Salesforce cloud specific certifications along with other skills such as Copado and the OmniStudio suite.
