With over six years of experience in the charity sector, I’ve had the chance to see things from both sides - working within charities and alongside them as clients. Along the way, I’ve dipped into just about everything: fundraising (from community and events to corporate and individual giving), marketing, sales, sprint planning, ideation, and data and analytics. 

I started using Salesforce over five years ago, first as a user and later as an admin, working with Sales Cloud, NPSP and Marketing Cloud - and quickly fell in love with them. After being a Giveclarity client myself, I jumped at the chance to join the team. Now, I get to help other charities work smarter, make a bigger impact, and enjoy a bit of Salesforce magic along the way.
