Karen has over 25 years experience in Finance, the longevity of her roles has meant she has only worked for a handful of companies in her career to date, previously working for an Accountants/ Business Management company in the entertainment industry and as Head of Finance in the leadership consultancy sector. Both companies are worldwide and multi currency, which has armed her with a breadth of knowledge and experience in implementing a strong set of processes, systems and structure to support the Financial functions of the business.
