I have spent the last 10 years working with and within charities across database management and operations, and the past 7 years specialising in Salesforce delivery. I’m a natural problem-solver who enjoys untangling complex requirements and turning them into simple, reliable processes and reporting that people actually trust and use.

I’m at my best working alongside stakeholders, translating what they need into practical system changes and steady improvements over time. Outside of work, I love eating out, travelling abroad and exploring new places with my family.
