Ann-Marie has over 15 years experience of working in HR in both the public and charity sector in Ireland and the UK. She is focused on the development of HR strategies that sustain an inclusive culture and an engaged workforce. She has experience of coaching and advising senior leaders on Talent Management, Organisation Design, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Reward and Global Mobility. She has also overseen all aspects of HR Operations including the implementation of HR policies, HR information systems and recruitment and onboarding.
